Miss Rolph made me feel comfortable and at ease, was thorough in her examination and explained the tests she was recommending to be carried out. Afterwards I saw her again to explain the results so I left the unit feeling reassured. Great treatment in a caring way, could not suggest anything that would have made my experience even better.

I am 65 years old, and she is easily one of the best doctors that I have seen. She listened carefully to my concerns, she was kind and she had a very gentle bedside manner. Throughout the time I spent with her, I felt I was in safe hands.

Very kind, imformative and caring. Made me feel very comfortable and reassured. Explained what would be happening at the Ultrasound and how they would proceed with rating what they found from 1-4, with 4 being possible cancer, this unsettled me a little. I probably would have preferred Rachel to have said if it is a 4 then we would be able to ........ (whatever this would be), although I guess at this stage that probably was not nexessary as Rachel did say that she would be happy for me whatever the outcome for me to go back to see her afterwards to discuss which I thought was very beneficial and reassuring as I assume this is where I would be informed should it have been something that needed further investigation. I'd lost a sister very young to Breast cancer and it is so brilliant that you have the Rapid Diagnostic clinic as those moments you live with not sure of what you may have are very uncomfortable. Thank you. Rachel was delightful and please do not think my comments are a criticism as they are not .
